50 cattle per hour slaughterline

This complete cattle slaughterline is designed for a smooth, humane workflow at a capacity of approximately 50 cattle per hour. It includes spacious stables with a loading dock for receiving animals and a well-organised flow toward the slaughter area.

The line features a Halal slaughter box with head fixation, ensuring controlled handling and supporting humane slaughter practices. All original hand tools remain available and included, and the line is equipped with sturdy platforms throughout, providing operators with safe, comfortable access at each processing stage.

Key components, such as a dehider with a roller and tripe processing, are fully integrated. After slaughter, the carcasses are moved to the cooling room, where they are properly chilled to the required temperature. Once cooled, the line provides the necessary loading arm to transfer the carcasses back into trucks for onward transport.

The layout is spacious and easy to work in, but can be adjusted or made more compact on request. The entire line is fully installed and operational in a slaughterhouse about 1.5 hours from the VDZ Trading office and is available for inspection.
