This well-maintained dual-species slaughterline provides a complete, practical solution for facilities that process both cattle and sheep. Each line operates separately, ensuring smooth production flow, species-specific handling, and proper hygiene separation throughout the process.

The cattle line is designed for 10 to 40 cattle per hour, while the sheep line handles 80 to 180 sheep per hour, making it suitable for medium- to high-throughput operations.

Both slaughterlines are in very good condition and include all essential systems. The equipment comes from various reputable manufacturers and together forms a complete and reliable setup.

• Equipped with a V-belt restrainer for calm and safe animal handling
• Automatic dehider for fast and efficient skin removal
• Complete bleeding line with elevator, hooks, return rail, and rehanging system
• Slaughtering conveyor, pre-dehiding platforms, leg cutter
• Paunch, intestine, and inspection stations
• Wash basins and sterilisers positioned across the line

The cattle line features our self-engineered VDZ Trading Halal killing box, designed for controlled movement and proper positioning to support humane slaughter. The sheep line’s restrainer system ensures smooth, low-stress handling before bleeding. Both lines offer an ergonomic workflow for operators, improved hygiene, and reliable production efficiency.
