Scalding and Dehairing System – Hubert Haas (Turnomatic + Goliath)

This complete system consists of a Turnomatic scalding tank and a Goliath 180 dehairing machine from Hubert Haas. It is suitable for medium-capacity pig slaughtering operations with a capacity of around 80 pigs per hour.

The Turnomatic scalding tank provides controlled submersion scalding for pigs before dehairing. This unit is heated via thermal oil, ensuring stable and precise temperature control. The Goliath 180 is a robust dehairing machine designed for standard slaughter pigs up to 250 kg. The machine features a powerful rotating roller with scraper paddles and metal shaving elements, effectively removing hair and bristles.
