Chitterling cleaning tube

USE La Parmentière chitterling cleaning tubes clean pig chitterlings after uncoiling and before processing in a La Parmentière chitterling machine.

OPERATION The chitterlings are held by their wide part at the end of the double-wall tube. They are then slid on for their whole length using the two spreader rods.

Foot action on the pedal introduces water which squirts into the chitterlings, driving faecal matter out.

ALL parts of the colon cleaning tube are in 18/10 stainless steel.

An operator can clean a maximum of 80 chitterlings an hour.
